Aria

Weizen

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5,3% vol.

DESCRIPTION: a top-fermenting, unfiltered and opalescent gold beer, with a typical head of white, compact and persistent foam.

SCENT: it has an aromatic, fruity bouquet and a clear hint of banana, vanilla and cloves.

FLAVOR: fresh and harmonious, moderately sourish and thirst-quenching. The hop flavour is slight.

FOOD MATCHES: It can go well with single courses, such as veal sausages with potatoes and sauerkraut, but also with more elaborate dishes, such as pork shank, wild game courses, roasted meats, and, why not, light cooked fish,
grilled or butter. It is also very good with desserts, in particular with dry cakes,
jam tarts, biscuits and the inevitable apple strudel.

Acqua

Special Blonde Ale

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5,3% vol.

DESCRIPTION: top-fermented, fresh and enjoyable pale gold beer, with a medium body and a head of white, compact foam.

SCENT: intense aroma of malts and Bohemian hops.

FLAVOR: on the palate it is percieved an excellent mixture of slight hints
of breadcrust (due to the used malts), well balanced with the spiced and bitter
flavour of the hop.

FOOD MATCHES: mostly drunk with pizza, it goes very well with seconds, such as poiltry, various meats and barbecued fish.

Fuoco

Red Honey Ale

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 7% vol.

DESCRIPTION: it is copper-coloured, with a robust body and a head of moderate and persistent foam.

SCENT: in the nose, the scent of the craft chestnut honey is predominant.

FLAVOR: the flavor reminds the scent with a pleasant hint of flowers and breadcrust.

FOOD MATCHES: because of its complex structure, this beer can certainly be tasted alone, as a meditation product, or drunk with robust first courses or elaborate meat dishes..

Terra

Indian Pale Ale

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 7% vol.

DESCRIPTION: amber-coloured beer, with a head of compact and quite persistent foam, inspired by the original British recipes.

SCENT: the initial bitterness leaves room for an explosion of scents deriving from the hops and from the aroma of the caramel malts.

FLAVOR: it is intense, with sharp herby and fruity aroma.

FOOD MATCHES: it is recommended to drink it with medium-ripening cow’s cheese, blue cheese, sugar-cured ham, white fish and shellfish; anyway, sweetish foodstuffs.
